  • We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, and will soon accept Amazon Payments. 
  • All orders purchased within Nevada will add 9% sales tax.


• All domestic orders will be shipped by USPS First Class Mail within 1 to 2 business days after your payment is successfully accepted.

• First class mail transit times are 3-10 business days for domestic orders.

• International orders will take about 10 to 15 business days for transit.

• All orders include USPS tracking with delivery confirmation. Please note status updates only reflect the most recent scanned location. Packages are not always scanned while en route.

• If your order has not arrived but shows "delivered" on the tracking, please contact your local USPS office for more information.

• If you want to purchase shipping insurance you may do so by contacting us prior to ordering.

• For INTERNATIONAL orders, buyer is responsible for any custom duty fees.

• Opalini Jewelry is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. For any undelivered packages, please file a claim with USPS. If packages are returned to sender, we'll contact you but the buyer is responsible all shipping costs.

• Shipping fees are NON REFUNDABLE!


 • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days from receiving the item before leaving a negative or neutral feedback. After the 7-day period, all purchases are FINAL!

• If there are any issues with the item such as a defect, we'll be more than happy to exchange it for you as long as you contact us within the 7 day return window.
