-International orders will take about 10 to 15 business days for transit.

-All orders include USPS tracking with delivery confirmation. Please note status updates only reflect the most recent scanned location. Packages are not always scanned while en route.

-If your order has not arrived but shows "delivered" on the tracking, please contact your local USPS office for more information.

-If you want to purchase shipping insurance you may do so by contacting us prior to ordering.

-For INTERNATIONAL orders, buyer is responsible for any custom duty fees.

-Opalini Jewelry is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. For any undelivered packages, please file a claim with USPS. If packages are returned to sender, we'll contact you but the buyer is responsible all shipping costs.
